We are thrilled with this striking and intelligent gray dun stallion.    He reminds us so much of the historic photo of the famous Rosendalsborken.  

With a sire rated 82.5 and a dam rated 81 it is no wonder Qvad earned an 80 when evaluated at only 3 months of age.  He will receive his permanent conformation evaluation in 2007.
Qvad

Qvad is now in training with "No Dust" trainer, Kathi Thompson and she has reported that he is just as eager to learn as his dad, Johan, is known to be.   Qvad has the true Fjord temperament and seems to have passed that and his conformation along to his first crop of foals in 2006.   His foals out of the Rusten line and the Torungen line seem especially fine. 

In spring and early summer of 2007 Qvad will be standing at Rockin' KW Ranch, while continuing his training with Kathi Thompson.
